Freedom Baptist Church opened its doors on Sunday, April 9, 2000 and moved to its current location at 5 East Oak Ln., Glenolden, PA in September 2006. God has proved Himself faithful to our local assembly time and again. Our church unanimously voted Cliff Zimmerman to be our next Pastor in March 2024.

We are an Independent, Fundamental, Bible believing, Bible preaching, Baptist church. We use only the King James Version of the Bible convinced that it is God’s preserved Word for English speaking people. We sing only traditional, sacred hymns. We worship the Lord in Spirit, in truth, and in the beauty of holiness. Because we interpret Scripture literally, we are dispensationalists believing in the imminent, pre-tribulation rapture of the church, the premillennial Second Coming of Christ, and a clear distinction between the church and Israel.

We are opposed to and warn against the dangers of New Evangelicalism, Charismaticism, Calvinism, Quick Prayerism, Modernism, Ecumenism, the Emerging Church Movement, Contemporary Christian Music, Southern Gospel Music, and all corrupt versions of the Bible.

Our church family loves the Lord and are striving to please Him, grow in grace, and reach the lost with the Gospel of Jesus Christ. We welcome those seeking to know the Lord and His Word.
